Kalibrasi Item dan Konstruksi Pengukuran Interval Skala Holistic Wellness Berdasarkan Model Rasch

Skala Holistic Wellness (HSW) digunakan secara luas, namun terdapat kebutuhan metodologis untuk menilai properti item-by-itemnya pada populasi orang dewasa Indonesia menggunakan kerangka Teorik Respons Item (IRT) Model Rasch yang lebih ketat. Penelitian kuantitatif non-eksperimental dengan desain survei korelasional (psikometri) ini bertujuan untuk menguji kesesuaian model, unidimensionalitas, reliabilitas, dan separasi HSW. Penelitian ini melibatkan sampel orang dewasa Indonesia berusia 17–28 tahun yang diperoleh melalui teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen utama yang digunakan adalah Skala Holistic Wellness yang terdiri dari 28 item yang mengukur 7 dimensi. Hasil analisis Model Rasch menunjukkan bahwa skala memiliki reliabilitas orang yang sangat baik dan fungsi kategori respons yang konsisten. Secara keseluruhan, HSW terbukti menjadi alat ukur yang valid dan reliabel untuk wellness multidimensi dalam konteks Indonesia. Namun, analisis mengidentifikasi keterbatasan targetting (item cenderung terlalu mudah), yang membatasi diskriminasi pada tingkat wellness yang sangat tinggi, dan mengidentifikasi empat item misfit yang perlu direvisi atau dieliminasi. Direkomendasikan agar versi skala berikutnya diperbaiki dengan menambahkan item yang lebih sulit untuk meningkatkan daya diskriminasi (person separation).References
