Jurnal Pembelajaran, Bimbingan, dan Pengelolaan Pendidikan is published Universitas Negeri Malang, and managed by Faculty of Education Universitas Negeri Malang and Technical Implementation Unit for Scientific Publications Universitas Negeri Malang. The journal is committed to maintaining high standards of academic integrity, ethical publishing, transparency, and operational sustainability in accordance with international best practices in scholarly publishing.

Jurnal Pembelajaran, Bimbingan, dan Pengelolaan Pendidikan upholds full editorial independence. All editorial decisions are based solely on scholarly merit, including originality, scientific quality, relevance, clarity, and compliance with publication ethics. Editorial decisions are made independently by the Editor-in-Chief and editorial team without interference from the publisher or external parties.

As an open-access journal, Jurnal Pembelajaran, Bimbingan, dan Pengelolaan Pendidikan provides immediate and unrestricted access to all published articles under the CC BY SA license. To support editorial operations, peer review management, digital preservation, DOI registration, and journal sustainability, an Article Processing Charge (APC) is applied. Editorial decisions remain independent of authors’ financial capacity.

Information regarding the Editor-in-Chief, and editorial board members is publicly available on the journal website. Editors and reviewers are expected to follow ethical publishing standards and COPE guidelines.

The journal implements transparent and efficient editorial workflows covering manuscript submission, peer review, copyediting, production, publication, and post-publication management. All submissions undergo plagiarism screening and are managed through an online journal system supported by professional editorial tools and DOI services.
