Aims & Scope

Jurnal Pembelajaran, Bimbingan, dan Pengelolaan Pendidikan is a multidisciplinary academic journal that publishes rigorous empirical, theoretical, and practice-oriented research addressing complex and real-world challenges in education. The journal aims to advance scholarly understanding and evidence-based practices in learning, guidance and counseling, educational leadership, and education management across diverse formal, non-formal, and informal educational contexts.

The journal welcomes contributions that examine educational issues from multiple disciplinary perspectives, including but not limited to education, guidance and counseling, educational psychology, curriculum and instruction, assessment and evaluation, educational management, educational policy, teacher education, educational technology, sociology of education, inclusive education, and human development. Studies may focus on learners, teachers, counselors, school leaders, families, communities, institutions, or education systems.

The journal is particularly interested in research that addresses pressing educational challenges such as equity gaps, learner well-being, mental health and socio-emotional development, teacher capacity development, assessment integrity, inclusive and differentiated learning, digital transformation, AI-enabled learning and student support systems, school leadership, policy implementation, and sustainable educational improvement. Submissions may explore these issues at classroom, institutional, community, or system levels.

In line with its multidisciplinary orientation, the journal encourages studies that connect learning processes with guidance and counseling services, psychological development, technology use, leadership practices, institutional governance, and educational policy. Contributions may employ quantitative, qualitative, mixed-methods, design-based, evaluative, reflective, or theoretical approaches, provided that the methodology is appropriate to the research questions and demonstrates academic rigor.

The journal emphasizes human-centered, inclusive, ethical, and contextually responsive perspectives in educational research and practice. Manuscripts are expected to offer strong theoretical grounding, methodological clarity, contextual relevance, and clear implications for educational practice, counseling services, leadership, policy development, and sustainable, scalable improvement in education.
