Keefektifan Teknik Restrukturisasi Kognitif untuk Menurunkan Prokrastinasi Akademik Mahasiswa

Prokrastinasi akademik merupakan salah satu fenomena yang terjadi di kalangan mahasiswa. Hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor di antaranya yaitu kemajuan teknologi digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan teknik restrukturisasi kognitif untuk menurunkan prokrastinasi akademik mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan pretest-posttest control group design. Dua belas mahasiswa dipilih sebagai subjek penelitian melalui teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling yang dibagi ke dalam dua kelompok. Kelompok eksperimen berjumlah 6 orang dan kelompok kontrol berjumlah 6 orang. Analisis data untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan nilai uji beda sebesar 0,027 untuk kelompok eksperimen dan 0.26 untuk kelompok kontrol. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis terbukti bahwa Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Hal ini berarti teknik restrukturisasi kognitif yang digunakan lebih efektif dibandingkan pendekatan realita untuk menurunkan prokrastinasi akademik mahasiswa.
