Pengembangan Panduan Konseling Kelompok Pendekatan Behavior dengan Teknik Shaping untuk Mereduksi Perilaku Agresif Verbal Peserta Didik di SMKN 5 Malang

Abstract: This study aims to reduce the verbal aggressive behavior of students at SMKN 5 Malang. This study uses the Research and Development approach developed by Borg and Gall which consists of 5 steps, namely: 1) research and data collection, 2) planning, 3) initial product development, 4) product assesment, and 5) product revisian and become a prototype. Expert tests and prospective users were analyzed using the inter-rater agreement from Gregory (2015). The validity index of the material expert test and the media test got a rater agreement index of 1,00 and the prospective user test got a rater agreement index of 1,00. The results of the test assesment into the arterial agreement category are very hugh. Based on the expert test and prospective user test, it can be conclude that the behavioral approach group counseling guide with shaping techniques to reduce students verbal aggressive behavior has met the acceptance criteria and is feasible to use.
Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mereduksi perilaku agresif verbal peserta didik di SMKN 5 Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Resecarh and Development yang dikembangkan oleh Borg and Gall yang terdiri dari 5 langkah yaitu: 1) penelitian dan pengumpulan data, 2) perencanaan, 3) pengembangan produk awal, 4) penilaian produk, dan 5) revisi produk dan menjadi prototipe. Uji ahli dan calon pengguna dianalisis menggunakan inter-rater agreement dari Gregory (2015). Indeks validitas uji ahli materi dan uji media mendapatkan indeksi kesepakatan rater 1,00 dan uji calon pengguna mendapatkan indeks kesepakatan rater 1,00. Hasil penilaian uji masuk kategori kesepakatan arter sangat tinggi. Berdasarkan uji ahli dan uji calon pengguna dapat disimpulkan bahwa panduan konseling kelompok pendekatan behavior dengan teknik shaping untuk mereduksi perilaku agresif verbal peserta didik telah memenuhi kriteria keberterimaan dan layak digunakan.
