Transformasi perguruan tinggi menuju universitas berkelas dunia merupakan isu yang relevan dan penting dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Artikel ini, melalui pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dan analisis dokumen, berupaya memberikan panduan strategis dan teknis bagi perguruan tinggi dalam perjalanannya mencapai status berkelas dunia. Strategi dan teknik yang telah berhasil diterapkan oleh universitas-universitas berkelas dunia dipelajari, dengan fokus pada tiga aspek kunci: visibilitas digital, transparansi, dan prestasi akademik. Disamping itu, artikel ini juga menyingkap potensi tantangan dan hambatan yang mungkin dihadapi selama proses transformasi, sekaligus menawarkan solusi mitigasi yang efektif. Diharapkan, panduan ini mampu memberikan wawasan berharga dan arahan praktis bagi perguruan tinggi yang tengah berjuang dalam pencapaian status berkelas dunia. Akademisi, pembuat kebijakan, dan perguruan tinggi yang sedang berusaha mencapai status tersebut, artikel ini menawarkan wawasan dalam merumuskan dan melaksanakan strategi dalam persaingan di ranah universitas berkelas dunia
