Peran Fear of Missing Out dan Religiositas dalam Kesejahteraan Emosional Remaja

Kesejahteraan emosional merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam kesehatan mental remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh FoMO dan religiositas terhadap kesejahteraan emosional remaja. Penelitian menggunakan desain survei korelasional dengan teknik convenience sampling yang melibatkan 108 mahasiswa. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi Emotional Style Questionnaire (ESQ), Fear of Missing Out Scale (FoMOs), dan IIUM Religiosity Scale (IIUMRelS). Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi sederhana dan regresi berganda menggunakan program SPSS versi 26.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa FoMO berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan emosional dengan arah negatif, sedangkan religiositas berpengaruh signifikan dengan arah positif. Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut memberikan kontribusi penting terhadap variasi kesejahteraan emosional remaja. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa upaya penguatan kesejahteraan emosional remaja perlu dilakukan dengan pendekatan yang memperhatikan dinamika digital sekaligus menanamkan nilai-nilai spiritual. Hasil penelitian memiliki implikasi praktis bagi Guru BK dan orang tua dalam merancang strategi pendampingan dan intervensi kepada remaja agar bijak dalam menggunakan media digital dan senantiasa meningkatkan aspek religiositas sehingga akan berdampak pada peningkatan kesejahteraan emosional.
