Abstract

Perkembangan pesat Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) telah merevolusi dunia pendidikan menuju era Smart Learning Environment (SLE). SLE memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi untuk mengubah pengalaman belajar dan meningkatkan hasil pendidikan. Namun, masih terdapat celah dalam literatur yang membahas secara komprehensif faktor-faktor sukses yang diperlukan untuk implementasi SLE yang efektif. Tinjauan literatur sistematis ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengkaji elemen-elemen kritis yang penting untuk integrasi SLE yang sukses. Berdasarkan analisis dari 26 jurnal penelitian yang dipilih, personalisasi pengalaman belajar menjadi kunci utama dalam kesuksesan implementasi SLE. Personalisasi ini memungkinkan siswa untuk belajar dengan cara yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan, gaya belajar, dan kecepatan masing-masing siswa. Meskipun SLE memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, terdapat pula tantangan yang harus dihadapi. Salah satu tantangan utama adalah resistensi terhadap perubahan dari berbagai pihak, termasuk guru, siswa, dan orang tua. Untuk mengatasi resistensi ini, diperlukan upaya bersama dari semua stakeholder. Dengan mengatasi tantangan ini dan memanfaatkan kekuatan teknologi, SLE dapat mencapai potensi optimalnya dan mewujudkan transformasi pendidikan yang lebih baik.
