Abstract

Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi khususnya di bidang kesehatan, olahraga, dan pendidikan jasmani terbatas dan jarang dilakukan oleh pendidik. Maka dari itu, disini Peneliti ingin mengevaluasi penelitian melalui literature review tentang penggunaan pengajaran yang berbeda dalam pengajaran pendidikan jasmani, olahraga, dan kesehatan. Kemudian tujuan dari penulisan literature review ini yaitu untuk untuk (1) menjelaskan tentang bagaimana pendekatan pembedaan dilakukan, (2) apa yang terjadi jika pendekatan pembedaan diterapkan dan mengapa, dan (3) kemungkinan-kemungkinan yang muncul bila pendekatan pembedaan digunakan dalam pendidikan jasmani, olah raga, dan pendidikan kesehatan. Setelah publikasi ilmiah dianalisis, peneliti menggunakan Google Scholar untuk mencari artikel ilmiah pada tahun 2020 hingga 2024. Dengan menggunakan frase pembelajaran diferensiasi, mereka menemukan 43 artikel ilmiah. Peneliti menyelesaikan identifikasi, penyaringan, dan kelayakan setelah menerima empat puluh tiga publikasi, sehingga hasil analisis tinjauan literatur dapat disimpulkan. (1) Penerapan pendekatan diferensiasi dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa; (2) pendekatan diferensiasi dapat dipadukan dengan banyak model pembelajaran, antara lain pembelajaran berbasis masalah, pembelajaran berbasis proyek, Blended Learning Station Rotation, dan memperhatikan gaya belajar siswa.

A Differentiated Approach to Physical Education, Sport and Health Lessons

Differentiated learning particularly in health, sport and physical education is limited and rarely practiced by educators. Therefore, here we would like to evaluate research through a literature review on the use of differentiated instruction in teaching physical education, sport, and health. Then the purpose of writing this literature review is to (1) explain how the differentiated approach is done, (2) what happens when the differentiated approach is applied and why, and (3) the possibilities that arise when the differentiated approach is used in physical education, sports, and health education. After the scientific publications were analyzed, researchers used Google Scholar to search for scientific articles in 2020 to 2024. Using the phrase differentiated learning, they found 43 scholarly articles. The researchers completed identification, screening, and eligibility after receiving forty-three publications, so the results of the literature review analysis can be summarized. (1) The application of the differentiated approach can improve students' learning outcomes; (2) the differentiated approach can be combined with many learning models, including problem-based learning, project-based learning, Blended Learning Station Rotation, and paying attention to students' learning styles.
