Abstract

The purpose of this study was to produce an valid and reliable instrument test to measure students sceince process skills namely predicting, operationally identifying variables, controling variables, designing experiments, interpreting, inferring, stating hypotheses and communicating on heat and it’s transfer material. This study method was research and development. The result of research was multiple choice test consisted of 25 items. The developed test were valid in term of content and empirical validity as well as reliable.
