A Model Pembinaan Sepak Bola Usia Dini Di Sekolah Sepak Bola Universitas Negeri Semarang: Studi Kasus Kualitatif

Abstract : This study analyzes the implementation of the curriculum, coaching styles, and environmental dynamics in the football development program for children aged 9 to 12 at the UNNES Football School (SSB). Using a qualitative approach with a case study design, data were gathered through field observations and in depth interviews with a key informant selected specifically for their comprehensive authority and strategic oversight of the programs pedagogical framework to ensure data depth. The findings reveal that SSB UNNES integrates Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) with a child centered coaching model that prioritizes fundamental mastery and enjoyment over competitive results. This study identifies that the synergy between a democratic facilitative coaching style and equipment modification is pivotal in fostering athlete autonomy. The research offers a novel contribution by establishing a specialized University Based Sport Pedagogy model, demonstrating how higher education expertise can bridge the gap between theoretical LTAD frameworks and practical grass roots football coaching.
Abstrak : Penelitian ini menganalisis implementasi kurikulum, gaya kepelatihan, serta dinamika lingkungan dalam program pembinaan sepak bola usia 9 sampai 12 tahun di Sekolah Sepak Bola (SSB) UNNES. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif desain studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi lapangan dan wawancara mendalam dengan satu informan kunci yang dipilih secara sengaja (purposive) karena otoritas tunggal dan pemahaman komprehensifnya terhadap kebijakan pedagogis program guna menjamin kedalaman data primer. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SSB UNNES mengintegrasikan Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) dengan model child centered coaching yang memprioritaskan penguasaan teknik dasar dan kegembiraan di atas target kompetitif. Sinergi antara gaya kepelatihan demokratis fasilitatif dan modifikasi peralatan menjadi faktor determinan dalam membangun kemandirian atlet. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada formulasi model Pedagogi Olahraga Berbasis Universitas, yang menunjukkan bagaimana peran institusi pendidikan tinggi dalam mengintegrasikan kerangka teori LTAD ke dalam praktik lapangan sepak bola usia dini secara terstruktur.
