Abstract: Dryland is a land training conducted by swimming athletes to support their swimming performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of swimming training through dryland swimming workout on the speed of 200 meters medley swimming. The method in this study used a quasi-experimental research design with a one group pretest and posttest design. This study was conducted on athletes at the Galunggung Aquatic Club (GAC) Tasikmalaya swimming club with a population of 36 people. In this study, sampling used a purposive sampling technique of 10 people. The instrument used in this study was a 200 meter medley swimming test. The analysis technique used a parametric statistical approach, the results of the study were that 1) There is a significant effect of dryland swimming workout on the speed of 200 meters swimming with a calculated t value of 3.347 more than the t table equal to 1.833.
