Pengaruh Latihan Cone Drill Dan Ladder Drill Terhadap Kelincahan Pada Pemain Sepakbola Tulusrejo FC U-15

Abstract: Agility is an important aspect of football. Agility can be improved with structured training. Drill is an effective and efficient choice as a way and method of increasing player agility. The drills chosen were ladder drill and cone drill exercises. As a way for researchers to find out about the effect of ladder drill training with cone drill exercises on increasing agility in Tulusrejo FC U-15 football players, the researchers conducted a study. This research is experimental and uses a two-group pretest posttest design approach. The results of this study did not show any significant difference between the ladder drill group and the cone drill group. The average pretest value in the ladder drill exercise group was 21,902 s and the average posttest score was 19,771 s. Meanwhile, the average pretest score for the cone drill group was 21.778 s and the posttest average was 19.472 s. According to the analysis of data results through one-way analysis of variance ANOVA test and post hoc test using the Tukey HSD test, the results of the analysis showed that p less than 0.05. This shows that there is a difference in average agility between the ladder drill training group and the cone drill training group of 0.299 s.
Abstrak: Kelincahan sebagai aspek penting dari sepakbola. Kelincahan pemain sepakbola mampu ditingkatkan dengan metode latihan secara terstruktur. Metode drill salah satu opsi yang efektif dan efisien sebagai cara meningkatkan kelincahan. Ladder drill dan cone drill menjadi pilihan peneliti sebagai perbandingan efektifitas dan efisiensi perlakuan pada pemain sepakbola Tulusrejo FC U-15 terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dengan mengadakan sebuah penelitian. Peneliti menggunakan penelitian jenis eksperimental melalui pendekatan penelitian two group pretest posttest design. Diperoleh hasil penelitian yang menggambarkan tidak ada perbedaan peningkatan kelincahan yang signifikan antara dua kelompok latihan yaitu kelompok latihan ladder drill dan latihan cone drill. Nilai pretest kelompok latihan ladder drill memiliki rata-rata 21,902 s, dan nilai posttest memiliki rata-rata 19,771 s. Sedangkan, kelompok latihan cone drill, nilai rata-rata pretest ialah 21,778 s dan nilai posttest memiliki rata-rata 19,472 s. Uji Tukey HSD adalah uji lanjutan dari hasil data yang ditunjukkan dari analisis varians satu jalur uji Anova dan uji post hoc test. Uji Tukey HSD menunjukkan perbedaan rata-rata kelincahan kelompok latihan ladder drill dengan kelompok latihan cone drill sebesar 0,299 s dengan signifikansi p kurang dari 0.05.
