Survei Aktivitas Fisik pada Kesehatan Mental Emosional Ibu Rumah Tangga

Abstract: Mental health has come to the world's attention as the prevention of emotional mental health disorders especially women in the modern globalized world refers to housewives playing a dual role that can cause anxiety psychosis due to physical activity not in accordance with the body's abilities. Therefore, there needs to be an increase in physical activity habits continuously and structured, one of which is by knowing the relationship of moderate physical activity to the emotional mental health of housewives RT 8 Pujon Lor, Malang district. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods with survey methods of respondents to 29 housewives RT 8 Pujon Lor, Malang district using Simple Random Sampling technique with the criteria of the subject that has been determined. The results of spearman analysis using IBM SPSS 25.0 application showed a p-value of 0.017 and correlation coefficient of 0.575 which means there is a significant relationship with strong relationship strength between variables. So it can be concluded that there is a relationship between moderate physical activity and emotional mental health of housewives RT 8 Pujon Lor, Malang district.
Abstrak: Kesehatan mental telah menjadi perhatian dunia sebagai pencegahan gangguan kesehatan mental emosional khususnya wanita di dunia global modern merujuk pada ibu rumah tangga memainkan peran ganda yang dapat menyebabkan kecemasan psikosis diakibatkan aktivitas fisik tidak sesuai dengan kemampuan tubuh. Oleh karena, itu perlu adanya peningkatan kebiasaan beraktivitas fisik secara kontinu dan terstruktur, salah satunya dengan mengetahui hubungan aktivitas fisik sedang terhadap kesehatan mental emosional ibu rumah tangga RT 8 Desa Pujon Lor, Kabupaten Malang. Metode kuantitatif deskriptif digunakan pada peneltian ini dengan metode survei responden 29 ibu rumah tangga RT 8 Desa Pujon Lor, Kabupaten Malang menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling dengan kriteria subjek yang sudah ditentukan. Uji analisis hasil penelitian dilakukan pada uji spearman dengan menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS 25.0 menunjukan nilai p-value sebesar 0,017 dan correlation coefficient sebesar 0,575 yang artinya terdapat hubungan secara signifikan dengan kekuatan hubungan yang kuat antar variabel. Maka disimpulkan terdapat hubungan antara aktivitas fisik sedang terhadap kesehatan mental emosional ibu rumah tangga RT 8 Desa Pujon Lor, Kabupaten Malang.
