Abstract

The parking system needs to be optimized in the age of Society 5.0. The use of cutting-edge technology and marketing techniques can boost parking systems' productivity and efficacy while also enhancing the general public's experience. Several technologies, like the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), and mobile payments, can be applied in this situation to improve productivity and streamline the parking procedure. Moreover, cutting-edge marketing techniques like personalization, gamification, and continuous bidding aid in boosting the parking system's effectiveness. This parking system innovation is working well and genuinely tries to improve people's experiences by utilizing cutting-edge technology and marketing techniques. The purpose of this research is to find out whether the use of the latest technology and marketing tactics can effectively optimize the parking system. This research uses qualitative and quantitative methods. Finding a parking spot is made a lot easier by using a smart parking app as drivers can reserve a space from anywhere and park right away when they get there, saving time and fuel. can be done by implementing it and applying it everywhere, which will help the government solve current problems for the benefit of the public.

Sistem parkir perlu dioptimalkan di era Society 5.0. Penggunaan teknologi mutakhir dan teknik pemasaran dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan kemanjuran sistem parkir sekaligus meningkatkan pengalaman masyarakat umum. Beberapa teknologi, seperti Internet of Things (IoT), kecerdasan buatan (AI), dan pembayaran seluler, dapat diterapkan dalam situasi ini untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan merampingkan prosedur parkir. Selain itu, teknik pemasaran mutakhir seperti personalisasi, gamifikasi, dan bantuan penawaran berkelanjutan dalam meningkatkan efektivitas sistem parkir. Inovasi sistem parkir ini bekerja dengan baik dan benar-benar berusaha meningkatkan pengalaman masyarakat dengan memanfaatkan teknologi mutakhir dan teknik pemasaran. Tujuam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah pemanfaatan teknologi mutakhir dan taktik pemasaran dapat secara efektif mengoptimalkan sistem perpakiran. Peneltian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Menemukan tempat parkir menjadi jauh lebih mudah dengan menggunakan aplikasi parkir pintar karena pengemudi dapat memesan tempat dari mana saja dan langsung parkir saat tiba di sana, menghemat waktu dan bahan bakar. dapat dilakukan dengan menerapkannya dan menerapkannya di mana-mana, yang akan membantu pemerintah menyelesaikan masalah saat ini untuk kepentingan masyarakat umum.
