Abstract

Abstract: Backhand Overhead Lob includes a punch by directing the cock to the enemy's backside area, so that players can demonstrate the handshake grip. Due to the technique in handshake, grip can expect the player to hit the shuttlecock from the side wrong without having a make to direction of a grip. In addition it can help push or support as well as a lever effect for his backhand stroke. The purpose of this studying was to develop a variation model of physical exercise by developing 10 technical and physical exercises. In order to make athletes not bored or feel bored when training and certainly will get a broad insight for the athletes. This study use an Research and Development, which is a method commonly used in development research with a total of 10 steps. But the researcher will take 3 phases according to the research needs. As explained that the research and development procedures do not have to be done entirely. Researchers can modify the steps that have been described by experts, so that researchers consider these steps. Therefore, the researchers used the methods of 1) Information gathering and research planning, 2) Initial product development and evaluation instruments, 3) Product trials and revisions. Based on the results of the analysis by the validators obtained a percentage of 80 percent for coaching experts, 82 percent for badminton experts, 91 percent for PB athletes. Panda's son. Then it was concluded that the development of the backhand overhead lob for PB badminton athletes. Putra Pandaan can be declared “fit for use” as a medium for additional training.
