Abstract

Abstract

In the workplace and in the education sector, we are always focusing and connecting in terms of intelligence. Intelligence is a measure of how an individual behaves. It is measured by looking at on how interpersonal interactions, behavior, and individual achievements. The objective of this test is to measure a person's intelligence which is called an intelligence test. There are various types of intelligence tests and one of them is the Tes Kemampuan Diferensial (TKD). TKD is useful for measuring a person's differential ability or primary ability.  This kind of test tool has been developed properly. The purpose of a literature review in this research was to collect information related to the use of the Tes Kemampuan Diferensial (TKD) tool. Articles were collected from scientific literature search pages, such as Google Scholar, Semantic Scholar, Science Gate, PubMed, and Wiley One Library. The results found that Tes Kemampuan Diferensial (TKD) has developed several times in its use. The form of development that occurs in the use of TKD is in the form of changes (revisions) and testing of the test equipment.

Abstrak

Di dalam dunia kerja maupun pendidikan, kita selalu bersinggungan dan berdekatan dengan intelegensi. Intelegensi merupakan ukuran bagaimana berperilakunya seorang individu hal itu diukur dengan melihat bagaimana interaksi interpersonal, perilaku dan prestasi individu tersebut. Tes yang bertujuan untuk mengukur intelegensi seseorang disebut dengan tes intelegensi. Tes intelegensi memiliki berbagai macam jenis, Tes Kemampuan Diferensial (TKD) adalah salah satu jenisnya. TKD berguna untuk mengukur kemampuan diferensial atau kemampuan primer seseorang.  Dari awal tes ini terbentuk hingga sekarang, alat tes ini telah mengalami perkembangan. Tujuan dari literatur review ini adalah untuk mengumpulkan informasi yang berhubungan dengan penggunaan alat Tes Kemampuan Diferensial (TKD). Artikel dikumpulkan dengan memanfaatkan laman pencarian literatur ilmiah, seperti Google Scholar, Semantic Scholar, ScienceGate, PubMed dan Wiley One Library. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah Tes Kemampuan Diferensial (TKD) mengalami beberapa kali perkembangan   dalam   penggunaannya.   Adapun   bentuk   perkembangan   yang   terjadi   pada penggunaan TKD yaitu berupa perubahan (revisi) maupun pengujian pada alat tes tersebut.
