Abstract

Artificial intelligence is an important driver for all activities in the Society 5.0 era, including project management. The development team operates quickly and effectively under the direction of the project leader. In this case, effective communication between the project lead and the development team is essential. This study aims to investigate how artificial intelligence can help project leaders interact with their teams in the Society 5.0 era. Data was collected using a qualitative approach through the observation method. The findings of this study could help explain how artificial intelligence might facilitate efficient and timely project completion by accelerating communication between project managers and development teams.
