Therefore, strengthening the visual image representing these commodities is necessary. Through this creative research, interior aesthetic element products were developed. This study aims to formulate milkfish and shrimp as conceptual ideas and to develop a creative process through visual exploration that produces initial sketches leading to design drawings, which are then visualized into ceramic artworks. The creation process applies the method proposed by L. H. Chapman, consisting of three stages: beginning, refinement, and completion. These stages were further developed by the author into six ceramic artworks in a figurative decorative style. The works include: (1) a bookend entitled <em>Science of Shrimp</em>, (2) an ashtray entitled <em>Guardian of Brotherhood</em>, (3) a jewelry container entitled <em>Riches</em>, (4) a flower pot entitled <em>Middle Way</em>, (5) a vase entitled <em>Rise</em>, and (6) a night lamp entitled <em>We Can</em>. This research analyzes the symbolism of colors and shapes used by dancers. The research results show that each element of clothing has a deep philosophical meaning, reflecting the noble values of the Banyuwangi people and the universe. The <em>Jaripah</em> dance is a traditional dance that has deep cultural and philosophical values, which are reflected in the design and use of the costumes. The research method used was a descriptive qualitative approach using observation methods, interviews with key informants, and literature analysis to obtain comprehensive data related to the symbolism and function of fashion in the local cultural context. The research results show that the <em>Jaripah</em> dance costume not only acts as an aesthetic element, but is also full of spiritual and social meaning which is closely related to the identity of the Osing people in Banyuwangi. Every detail of the costume, from colors, patterns, to accessories, has a symbolic meaning that reflects the relationship between humans, nature and local beliefs. This art form combines elements of pencak silat, dance, kanuragan (mystical practices), music, and drama into a unified performance. Along with the advancement of time, <em>Bantengan</em> art faces challenges in maintaining its existence, especially due to globalization and technological developments. Sanggar Trah Kanjuruhan is one of the communities that consistently preserves this art by maintaining its traditional structure and presentation while also introducing innovations to remain relevant in contemporary contexts. This study aims to describe (1) the existence of <em>Bantengan</em> art in Sanggar Trah Kanjuruhan during the period of 2004–2024, and (2) the factors influencing its preservation efforts. This research employs a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validity is ensured through source and method triangulation. The findings indicate that preservation efforts are carried out through performance innovation, improvement of property quality, involvement of younger generations, collaboration with other groups, and adaptation to technological advancements without diminishing its inherent traditional values. Denny Caknan’s <em>Ambyar</em> songs, which predominantly use the Javanese language, have attracted a wide audience, including non-Javanese speakers. This study aims to identify the linguistic aspects in the lyrics that appeal most to non-Javanese listeners and to examine how these songs influence their understanding of the Javanese language. A descriptive qualitative method was employed to obtain detailed and accurate findings. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to non-Javanese speakers, consisting of both descriptive and multiple-choice questions. The results reveal that pure Javanese expressions, code mixing, and rhyme are the dominant linguistic features that capture listeners’ interest. In addition, certain lyrics are frequently remembered and repeated by non-Javanese speakers in their daily communication. This repetition indicates a level of familiarity and engagement with the language. Furthermore, the findings suggest that Denny Caknan’s songs contribute to shaping how non-Javanese speakers perceive, learn, and use the Javanese language in informal contexts. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach within an interpretive paradigm and applies Fairclough’s Critical Discourse Analysis, encompassing three dimensions: text, discourse practice, and social practice. Data were collected through digital documentation of Instagram users’ comments that use or respond to the hashtag. The findings reveal that the #KaburAjaDulu discourse is polarized into two main groups: the pro group, which interprets the hashtag as a rational critique of socio-economic conditions, and the contra group, which perceives it as opposing nationalism and social responsibility. Interactions among comments demonstrate various linguistic strategies, including informal language, sarcasm, irony, and metaphor, which function to construct digital identity and reinforce collective solidarity. From a Critical Discourse Analysis perspective, this phenomenon reflects an ideological negotiation between orientations toward global mobility and commitments to collective values within digital society. The current study attempted to investigate the students’ writing compositions to reveal if interlanguage fossilization occurred or not. A diagnostic test has been used to collect the data. A sample of this study was chosen randomly from 20 EFL students of the sixth year preparatory schools in the academic year (2023-2024). The findings of this study displayed that two kinds of interlanguage fossilization are found and achieved by students. Morphological fossilization and syntactical fossilization. Morphological fossilization contained (85.63%) and syntactical fossilization consisted of (14.37) %.Low English proficiency led students’ writing compositions to interlanguage fossilization. An experimental pretest–posttest design was employed with a sample of 20 children: 10 with moderate autism (mean age = 10 years) and 10 with mild autism (mean age = 6.5 years). The intervention included structured visual arts activities such as drawing, coloring, and clay modeling, which served as nonverbal communication tools to support emotional expression, attention, and social interaction. The results indicate that the program significantly reduced maladaptive behaviors, including self-injury, biting, and stereotypical movements, across both groups. In addition, participants showed notable improvements in fine motor coordination and cognitive functioning. Interestingly, one child with mild autism demonstrated exceptional abilities in mathematics and visual art, suggesting characteristics consistent with Savant Syndrome, despite no prior formal training. The concept, introduced by Kübler-Ross, consists of five stages: denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance. The study employs Alma Hawkins’ art creation method, which includes exploration, improvisation, and formation. The exploration stage involves literature review, visual reference analysis, and interviews with participants. The improvisation stage produces sketches as the basis for artwork development, while the formation stage involves the execution of acrylic paintings on canvas. The results consist of six artworks representing the emotional stages of grief. Each artwork is analyzed based on visual elements such as color, line, form, and texture to reflect specific emotional conditions. The findings indicate that visual art can effectively represent emotional dynamics in an expressive and communicative manner. This research employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by analyzing 10 scholarly articles published between 2020 and 2025. The findings indicate that students encounter several challenges, including cognitive, structural, linguistic, digital literacy, and metacognitive barriers, which affect the development of arguments and overall coherence of writing. The results also reveal that the Process Genre approach effectively supports students in understanding text structure and organizing ideas systematically, while peer feedback enhances students’ reflective abilities and improves the quality of revisions. In addition, the use of digital media facilitates access to information and supports the organization of arguments. These findings suggest that integrating the Process Genre approach, peer feedback, and digital technology can significantly improve students’ argumentative writing skills. This study examines the representation of bisexuality in <em>Avatar: The Rise of Kyoshi</em> by F. C. Yee*. The data are drawn from narrative elements that reflect bisexual themes and are analyzed using Stuart Hall’s theory of representation, supported by Eve Kosofsky Sedgwick’s concept of homosocial desire. The findings show that bisexuality is represented through Kyoshi’s relationships with two characters: Yun (male) and Rangi (female). These relationships develop through three phases: heterosexual, homosocial, and homosexual. The interaction between Kyoshi and Yun reflects heterosexual intimacy, while her relationship with Rangi evolves from admiration and emotional closeness into romantic same-sex attraction. This progression supports Sedgwick’s idea of a continuum between homosocial bonding and homosexual desire. Furthermore, the study finds that the inclusion of bisexual elements is not solely the author’s original construction. Kyoshi’s bisexuality had previously been established in <em>The Legend of Korra: Turf Wars</em>, and the novel further develops this canonical aspect.
