Analisis Kalimat Imperatif Bahasa Mandarin dalam Film Our Times

Abstract: This article aims to describe the Structure of Chinese imperative sentences in the Our Times movie. This research theory used syntactic theory. This research used a descriptive qualitative research method. The data of this research are dialogues from every character that contain imperative sentences. The data source in this research is the “Our Times” movie which was released in 2015 by director Frankie Chen. The data collection technique in this research is the observation technique and the note-taking technique. Researchers analyzed the imperative structure in Our Times movie through the use of the subject, the use of the predicate, and the use of particles. These structures are mostly found and used by characters in the school conversations, especially between the students and the teachers. The researchers found 143 imperative sentences in the Our Times movie which is 70 imperative sentences that used the subject, 20 imperative sentences that indicate Chinese imperative predicate and 50 imperative sentences that indicate Chinese imperative particles.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan struktur kalimat imperatif bahasa Mandarin yang terdapat dalam film Our Times. Teori penelitian ini adalah teori sintaksis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data pada penelitian ini berupa percakapan-percakapan yang dituturkan oleh setiap tokoh yang mengandung kalimat imperatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah film Our Times yang dirilis pada tahun 2015 dan disutradarai oleh Frankie Chen. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik simak dan teknik catat. Peneliti menganalisis struktur imperatif dalam film Our Times melalui penggunaan subjek, penggunaan predikat, dan penggunaan partikel. Struktur kalimat imperatif ini banyak ditemukan dan digunakan oleh para tokoh dalam percakapan yang terjadi di sekolah terutama antara para siswa dan para guru. Peneliti menemukan 143 kalimat imperatif di dalam film Our Times yang terdiri dari 70 kalimat imperatif yang menggunakan subjek, 20 kalimat imperatif yang menunjukkan penggunaan predikat dan 50 kalimat imperatif yang menunjukkan penggunaan partikel.
