PENGARUH AKTIVITAS FISIK TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN BELAJAR SISWA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh aktivitas fisik terhadap kemampuan belajar siswa usia 11-17 tahun. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan desain Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Kriteria inklusi mencakup penelitian yang terkait dengan aktivitas fisik dan kemampuan belajar siswa pada tingkat pendidikan dasar, menengah, dan atas, dipublikasikan antara 2015 hingga 2024. Protokol penelitian mengikuti panduan PRISMA, dan analisis data menggunakan metode critical appraisal journal RCAC dengan metode PICO. Pencarian literatur dilakukan melalui database seperti researchgate, ScienceDirect, dan PubMed dengan kata kunci "aktivitas fisik", "belajar", dan "siswa". Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas fisik secara teratur dapat meningkatkan kinerja kognitif dan keterampilan memori siswa, yang pada gilirannya dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar mereka. Kesimpulannya, aktivitas fisik memiliki dampak positif terhadap kemampuan belajar siswa, dan penekanan pada kegiatan fisik yang sehat dapat meningkatkan prestasi akademik dan kesejahteraan siswa secara keseluruhan.
