INTEGRASI PEMBELAJARAN SOSIAL EMOSIONAL DALAM MATA PELAJARAN IPA SEBAGAI UPAYA PENCEGAHAN TINDAKAN PERUNDUNGAN DI SEKOLAH

Kasus perundungan di lingkungan pendidikan di Indonesia cukup memprihatinkan. Data menunjukkan bahwa 84% anak mengalami kekerasan di sekolah serta 130 kasus perundungan terjadi di Institusi Pendidikan. Perundungan dapat menyebabkan dampak negatif seperti gangguan psikologis, trauma dan depresi. Salah satu upaya yang efektif untuk mencegah dan mengurangi tindakan perundungan di sekolah adalah dengan menerapkan pembelajaran sosial-emosional. Pembelajaran ini membantu peserta didik mengembangkan keterampilan mengelola emosi, memecahkan masalah, berempati, membuat keputusan, dan menjalin hubungan positif. Pembelajaran sosial-emosional dapat diintegrasikan dalam mata pelajaran IPA, seperti diskusi kelompok, permainan peran dan kegiatan mindfulness
