Pengembangan Program Latihan Daya Tahan Umum pada SSB Satria Muda Pemain Usia 14-15 Tahun

Abstract

Abstract; This research is motivated by the importance of the trainer understanding the aspects that need to be given during training, especially at the general endurance training stage. The purpose of this study was to develop a general endurance training program for SSB Satria Muda Pakis Malang Regency at the age of 14-15 years. The research method used in this research is Research and Development (R&D) from Borg & Gall. In this study using three stages, namely needs analysis, product design, product development including expert validation. Collecting data in the form of observations, interviews and questionnaires. There are aspects of suitability, attractiveness, convenience, and accuracy. From the results of testing from experts through soccer coaching experts 100 percent (very valid), soccer experts 100percent (very valid), and experts in preparing training programs 100percent (very valid) and producing an annual general endurance training program for ages 14-15 year which contains macro chart cycles, micro cycle planning, daily training/training sessions covering general endurance, muscular endurance, strength, speed, coordination, flexibility and basic football techniques. The results of this study can be concluded that the preparation of an endurance training program is very valid and can be applied to SSB Satria Muda football players aged 14-15 years Pakis Malang Regency.

 

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan pentingnya pelatih memahami aspek-aspek yang perlu diberikan pada saat latihan khususnya di tahap latihan daya tahan umum. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan program latihan daya tahan umum untuk SSB Satria Muda Pakis Kabupaten Malang pada usia 14-15 tahun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni Research and Development (R&D) dari Borg & Gall. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tiga tahapan yaitu analisis kebutuhan, perancangan produk, pengembangan produk termasuk validasi ahli. Pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Terdapat nilai aspek kesesuaian, kemenarikan, kemudahan, dan ketepatan. Dari hasil pengujian dari para ahli melalui ahli kepelatihan sepakbola 100 persen (sangat valid), ahli sepakbola 100persen (sangat valid), dan ahli penyusunan program latihan 100persen (sangat valid) dan menghasilkan program latihan tahunan daya tahan umum untuk usia 14-15 tahun yang berisi siklus grafik makro, perencanaan siklus mikro, latihan harian/sesi latihan yang berisi materi daya tahan umum, daya tahan otot, kekuatan, kecepatan, koordinasi, fleksibilitas dan teknik dasar sepakbola. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa penyusunan program latihan daya tahan sangat valid dan dapat diterapkan pada pemain sepakbola SSB Satria Muda Usia 14-15 Tahun Pakis Kabupaten Malang.
