Latihan Bulgarian Split Squat dan Knee Tuck Jump Dapat Mempengaruhi Daya Ledak Otot Tungkai Atlet Bulu Tangkis Pusat Latihan Kota Malang untuk Porprov Jawa Timur Tahun 2022

Abstract

Abstract:This study aims to determine the effect of the Bulgarian Split Squat and Knee Tuck Jump exercises on the explosive power of the leg muscles of badminton athletes at the Malang City Training Center in order to prepare for the 2022 East Java Porprov. This study used a quasi-experimental design or quasi-experimental with a quantitative approach. In order to obtain the accuracy of the results, the researcher utilized a one group pretest-posttest design. The research sample consisted of ten badminton players who practiced at the training center in Malang City. The sample got the frequency of causal exercise and Bulgarian knee work twice a week. The results of the paired t test show a significance of 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is a significant difference and shows that H1 is accepted, while H0 is rejected. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Bulgarian Split Squat and Knee Tuck Jump exercises can have a positive influence on the explosive power of badminton athletes at the Malang City training center ahead of Porprov preparations in 2022.

 

Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh latihan Bulgarian Split Squat dan Knee Tuck Jump terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai atlet bulu tangkis pusat latihan Kota Malang dalam rangka mempersiapkan Porprov Jawa Timur tahun 2022. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan desain kuasi eksperimen atau eksperimen semu dengan pendekatan secara kuantitatif. Agar diperoleh keakuratan hasil, peneliti memanfaatkan desain one group pretest-posttest. Sampel penelitian terdiri atas sepuluh pebulu tangkis yang berlatih di balai latihan Kota Malang. Sampel mendapatkan frekuensi latihan kausal dan kerja lutut Bulgaria dua kali dalam seminggu. Hasil uji paired t test menunjukkan signifikansi 0,000<0,05, yang berarti terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dan menunjukkan bahwa H1 diterima, sedangkan H0 ditolak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan Bulgarian Split Squat dan Knee Tuck Jump dapat memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap daya ledak atlet bulu tangkis di pusat latihan Kota Malang menjelang persiapan Porprov tahun 2022.
