Survei Aktivitas Bersepeda pada Kesehatan Mental Emosional Ibu Rumah Tangga Kabupaten Malang di Era Pandemi Covid-19

Abstract

Abstract: The Covid-19 pandemic can have an impact on emotional mental health, one of the negative psychological effects due to quarantine during the pandemic is stress. Therefore, it is necessary to prevent stress to maintain emotional health, one of which is by knowing the relationship between cycling activity and stress levels in Malang Regency housewives during pandemic. The research design used is descriptive quantitative with survey method. The sample used is 40 housewives in Malang Regency (accidental sampling). The data collection technique used a instrument questionnaire (questionnaire) and google form. The results of the analysis test chi square using the IBM SPSS 22.0 application show that there is a significant relationship between cycling activity and stress levels in housewives in Malang Regency in the Covid-19 pandemic era with a p-value of 0.000. So, it can be concluded that the more routine cycling activities, the more normal the stress level of housewives will be.

Abstrak: Pandemi Covid-19 dapat berdampak pada kesehatan mental emosional, salah satu efek negatif psikologis akibat karantina di masa pandemi yaitu stres. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan pencegahan stres untuk tetap menjaga kesehatan mental emosional, salah satunya dengan mengetahui hubungan aktivitas bersepeda dengan tingkat stres pada ibu rumah tangga Kabupaten Malang di masa pandemi. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 40 ibu rumah tangga Kabupaten Malang (accidental sampling). Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan instrumen kuesioner (angket) dan google form. Hasil uji analisis chi square menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS 22.0 menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara aktivitas bersepeda dengan tingkat stres pada ibu rumah tangga Kabupaten Malang di era pandemi Covid-19 dengan nilai p­-value sebesar 0,000. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan semakin rutin melakukan aktivitas bersepeda maka akan semakin normal tingkat stres pada ibu rumah tangga.
