Survei Masalah yang Dihadapi Oleh Guru PJOK dalam Melaksanakan Pembelajaran Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Di SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Banyuwangi

Abstract: This study aims to find out what are the problems with implementing PE learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at Public High School in Banyuwangi Regency. The research design used was descriptive quantitative and descriptive qualitative with survey method. The sample in this study were 29 PE teachers. The instruments used were interviews and questionnaires distributed at the PE MGMP meeting in Banyuwangi on 09 June 2022 with 20 questions. From the results of research that has been carried out by researchers that there are problems in the aspect of learning planning that has been filled in by 29 respondents, 62 percent (agree) have experienced problems, in the aspect of learning implementation, 69 percent (agree) have experienced problems, and the aspect of learning evaluation got the results of 74 percent (agree) that they had problems. It can be concluded that during the covid-19 pandemic, teachers continued to carry out learning using daring methods, but in general they were less effective. On the problems faced, PE teachers obtain PE learning solutions so that they can be implemented in accordance with learning objectives.
Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengkaji dan mengetahui permasalahan pembelajaran PJOK pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Desain penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan metode survei. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 29 guru PJOK. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa wawancara dan kuesioner yang disebarkan pada waktu rapat MGMP PJOK di Banyuwangi pada tanggal 09 juni 2022 dengan 20 pertanyaan. Dari hasil penelitian yang sudah dilaksanakan oleh peneliti bahwa ada permasalahan di dalam aspek perencanaan pembelajaran yang sudah di isi oleh 29 responden mendapatkan hasil 62 persen (setuju) bahwa mengalami permasalahan, dalam aspek pelaksanaan pembelajaran mendapatkan hasil 69 persen (setuju) bahwa mengalami permasalahan, dan aspek evaluasi pembelajaran mendapatkan hasil 74 persen (setuju) bahwa mengalami permasalahan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu saat pandemi covid-19 guru melaksanakan pembelajaran dengan metode daring, namun sepenuhnya belum efektif. Banyak permasalahan yang sudah dihadapi oleh guru PJOK dalam pembelajaran daring, salah satunya pembelajaran terhambat akibat jaringan dan kuota internet yang kurang memadai. Dari suatu permasalahan tersebut guru mendapatkan solusi salah satunya pemberian bantuan dana oleh sekolahan dan bantuan kuota dari pemerintah agar pembelajaran terlaksana sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran PJOK.
