Pengaruh Latihan Circuit dan Interval Training terhadap Peningkatan Daya Tahan Vo2max pada Anggota Ekstrakurikuler Bola Basket SMK Negeri 3 Malang

Abstract

Abstract: Exercise for an athlete is very important to support achievement, because it helps improve the ability of physical activity/sports to become more mature. The goal of training is to improve strength, endurance, flexibility, agility and speed. This study aims to determine the difference in the effect on the level of vo2max endurance between the two training models, namely Circuit training and interval training for basketball extracurricular members, the difference in the effect of the two exercises between groups of members with high physical condition and low physical condition, and the interaction of the two exercise models. with physical conditions to increase vo2max endurance. This research is an experimental research that uses a 2x2 factorial research design. The population and sample to be studied are 32 basketball extracurricular members at SMK Negeri 3 Malang. Collecting data using pretest and posttest. Bleep test is a test instrument that will be used to measure the level of endurance of each member. The results of the two-way ANOVA test with the help of SPSS 2.0 gave significant results of less than 0.05, which means that it has a significant difference between Circuit training and interval training on increasing vo2max endurance for basketball extracurricular members at SMK Negeri 3 Malang, with a percentage an increase of 6-7 percent for the Circuit training group and 3 percent for the interval training group.

Abstrak: Latihan bagi seorang atlet sangatlah penting untuk menunjang prestasi, karena membantu meningkatkan kemampuan aktivitas fisik/olahraga semakin matang. Tujuan latihan adalah meningkatkan kekuatan, ketahanan, kelentukan, kelincahan dan kecepatan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh terhadap tingkat daya tahan vo2max antara dua model  latihan yaitu Circuit training dan interval training kepada anggota ekstrakurikuler bola basket, perbedan pengaruh  kedua latihan antara kelompok anggota dengan kondisi fisik tinggi dan kondisi fisik rendah, dan interaksi kedua model latihan dengan  kondisi fisik terhadap peningkatan daya tahan vo2max. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian eksperimen yang menggunakan desain penelitian  faktorial 2x2. Populasi dan sampel yang akan diteliti berjumlah 32 anggota ekstrakurikuler bola basket di SMK Negeri 3 Malang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan pretest dan posttest. Bleep test merupakan dari instrumen tes yang akan dipakai untuk mengukur tingkat daya tahan tiap anggota. Hasil penelitian dari uji ANAVA dua jalur dengan bantuan SPSS 2.0 memberikan hasil dengan signifikan sebesar  kurang dari 0,05 sebesar  artinya memiliki perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara latihan Circuit training dan interval traning terhadap peningkatan daya tahan vo2max anggota ekstrakurikuler bola basket SMK Negeri 3 Malang, dengan presentase peningkatan 6-7 persen untuk kelompok Circuit training dan 3 persen untuk kelompok interval training.
