Abstract

This article was created based on concern for the impact of consumption fast food excess which can disrupt the health of the body, mental and even the environment The study aims to encourage people to take better care of themselves and the environment by reducing fast food consumption and adopting a healthy lifestyle through sustainable diet through a social media campaign on Instagram.. Sustainable diet chosen as a way to overcome this, because sustainable diet is a sustainable diet that has a low impact and contributes to food security, nutrition and health for future generations. This article uses literature review as the main method of writing. The references used are relevant literature, either in the form of books, book chapter, review article (review article), as well as research articles (research article). With counselling sustainable diet through social media, especially Instagram, is expected to be able to provide awareness and care for the health of the body and the environment. The results of the literature review show that a sustainable diet can be beneficial for health, food security, and environmentally friendly.

Abstrak
Artikel ini dibuat berdasarkan kepedulian terhadap dampak pengkonsumsian fast food secara berlebih yang mampu menganggu kesehatan tubuh, mental bahkan lingkungan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengajak masyarakat agar lebih peduli terhadap diri sendiri dan lingkungan dengan mengurangi konsumsi makanan cepat saji dan menerapkan pola hidup sehat dengan penerapan sustainable diet melalui kampanye yang dilakukan di media sosial yaitu Instagram. Sustainable diet dipilih sebagai cara untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, karena sustainable diet (diet berkelanjutan) memiliki dampak rendah dan memberikan kontribusi pada ketahanan pangan, gizi, dan kesehatan bagi generasi di masa depan. Artikel ini menggunakan literature review sebagai metode utama dalam penulisan. Referensi yang digunakan adalah literatur yang relevan, baik berupa buku, book chapter, artikel telaah (review article), maupun artikel penelitian (research article). Dengan adanya kampanye terkait diet berkelanjutan melalui media sosial khususnya Instagram, diharapkan dapat menimbulkan awareness dan kepedulian masyarakat terhadap kesehatan tubuh dan lingkungan. Hasil literatur reviu menunjukan bahwa diet berkelanjutan merupakan salah satu jenis diet yang dapat bermanfaat tidak hanya untuk kesehatan, namun juga dapat bermanfaat bagi ketahanan pangan serta ramah lingkungan.
