Abstract

Abstract: Peralihan metode pembelajaran daring menuju luring mengakibatkan mahasiswa Psikologi Universitas Negeri Malang mengalami culture shock yang mengharuskan mahasiswa beradaptasi. Dalam proses beradaptasi, terkadang mahasiswa akan mengalami stress bahkan burnout. Sebagai upaya untuk mengatasi hal tersebut diperlukan strategi koping. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui strategi koping yang digunakan oleh mahasiswa Psikologi Universitas Negeri Malang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi. Data diperoleh dengan observasi dan wawancara terhadap tiga mahasiswa Psikologi angkatan 2020 dan 2021 yang mengalami burnout.

Abstrak: The transition from online to offline learning methods resulted in Psychology students at State University of Malang experiencing culture shock which required students to adapt. In the process of adapting, sometimes students will experience stress and even burnout. In an effort to overcome this, a coping strategy is needed. The aims of this study is to determine the coping strategies used by Psychology students at the State University of Malang. The research was conducted using a qualitative method using a phenomenological approach. Data was obtained by observing and interviewing three Psychology students from the 2020 and 2021 batches who experienced burnout.
