PENGARUH AKTIVITAS FISIK TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN BELAJAR SISWA

Abstract

Secara global, siswa berusia 11-17 tahun kurang aktif secara fisik. Salah satu penyebab kurangnya aktivitas fisik adalah perilaku menetap seperti menonton televisi, video, dan penggunaan ponsel. Kurangnya aktivitas fisik dapat menyebabkan penyakit kronis, di antaranya penyakit kardiovaskular, gangguan metabolisme, risiko kanker, gangguan muskuloskeletal, depresi, dan gangguan kognitif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh aktivitas fisik terhadap kemampuan belajar siswa. Jenis pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan desain penelitian Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Kriteria inklusi yang digunakan adalah: (1) Penelitian mengenai aktivitas fisik terkait kemampuan belajar siswa; (2) Siswa pendidikan dasar, menengah, dan atas; (3) Penelitian yang dipublikasikan dengan rentang waktu 2015 – 2024. Protokol yang digunakan dalam SLR adalah PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses). Analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode critical appraisal journal RCAC dengan metode PICO (Population/Problem, Intervention, Comparison, and Outcome). Sumber database yang digunakan untuk mencari literatur adalah ResearchGate, ScienceDirect, dan PubMed. Kata kunci yang digunakan adalah: aktivitas fisik, belajar, dan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas fisik berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan belajar siswa. Melakukan aktivitas fisik secara teratur dapat meningkatkan kinerja kognitif siswa dan keterampilan memori, sehingga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar mereka.
